Unscripting Neurodiversity

So much of the conversations around Autism, ADHD, AuDHD is focused on prescriptive solutions.

The diagnostic criteria, how we interact with the world and how to “fix it”.

There’s an underlying assumption that there is something we need to change; there are parts of our brain that don’t work and we’ve got hundreds of labels trying to explain how we work, and why we are “different” and there’s 0 we can do about it.

But… if you know one “neurodiverse” person, you know one neurodiverse person.

We all agree with this?

Yet the “reasons” for our behaviours are often tied to things we supposedly can’t do anything about. We are scripted (by ourselves, society or all the above) to believe we must follow the narrative that says we are:

  • Disorganised.
  • Distracted.
  • Unproductive.

We don’t work.

But what if the problem isn’t us—but the script itself?

Why is it different?

Unscripting Neurodiversity is about breaking free from these narratives. Instead of trying to “fix” ourselves to fit a world that wasn’t built for us, we give ourselves permission to explore, experiment, and play with new ways of working.

  • What if executive dysfunction wasn’t a failure, but a sign we need to adjust something?
  • What if we didn’t have to force ourselves into prescriptive solutions, but could adapt, shift, and create our own?
  • What if struggles weren’t proof of brokenness, but clues—insights into what we actual need?

So we get curious. We build community. We make things easier, together.

This isn’t about productivity hacks or forcing yourself into someone else’s system. It’s about recognising your unique way of working, thinking, and existing—and making that work for you.

If you’re ready to unscript the way you see yourself and how you move through the world, you’re in the right place.

Who's Em?

I don’t teach neurodivergent business owners to fix themselves.

I teach them to fix the environment around them, so action stops being a grind and starts being inevitable.

You already know what you want to do.

My work makes it happen, by designing businesses that fit how your brain actually works, not how the world says it should.

Most strategies leave neurodivergent entrepreneurs exhausted. I build systems where your next step is so clear it’s impossible not to move.

I rewire the connection between what you want and what you do, progress is inevitable.
